Nick's POS York 2 Ton Heat Pump

Here are some pics of my York P.O.S. 2 Ton heat pump. I get the notorious York 8 blinking error code on the thermostadt and on the outdoor unit. I've replaced the outdoor unit relay and capacitor. Here are some pics:
